Our international orders are shipped from Italy via DHL Express (Climate-Neutral Shipping) or GLS Express (Climate Protect).
DELIVERY TIME
Europe: delivery within 24/48 hours.
Rest of the world: delivery within 3/4 days.
Deliveries to islands and remote areas may vary in delivery times.

Our eco-friendly packaging is 100% plastic free, made of recycled & recyclable paper and cardboard.
We use vegan paper stickers and we utilise DHL GoGreen Carbon Neutral and GLS Climate Protect services to minimise the impact of our shipping on the environment.

Returns
If your purchase doesn’t satisfy you, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to decide if you want to return it.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact our Customer Service, writing an e-mail to hello@23stbeauty.com and make your return request, indicating the order number and the items you intend to return. We’ll take care of the rest!
The return is at customer’s charge. The cost is €9 for Italy and €15 for Europe.
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
It is possible to request a return for most items, no later then 14 days from receipt of the order. For hygienic reasons will not be excepted the following items: mascara, fluid eyeliner, lipstick, crayon, eyeliner, deodorants, oral hygiene products and in general all treatments for eyes and lips.
All the articles will travel under your responsibility and will necessarily be returned safely, preferably inside our original shipping box, should be entirely undamaged and complete in all their parts. The returned products will be then subject to verification and if deemed appropriate, will be refunded to the customer within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods (shipping cost excluded as mentioned previously).
Under no circumstance the products will be refunded if open, partially used or with damaged packaging.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to get immediate support. Any complaint will be reported to our customer service no later than 7 days from receipt of order.
